Our Policies
For any returns, e-mail staff@whatsshopping.com, first and foremost. You must send the item to us in prestine condition(unless the item was damaged when you recieved it), within 7 days of reciept, undamaged for a complete refund.
Shipping Methods
We usually ship items using one of two methods UPS, or USPS Standard/Parcel. Your order will be processed within 72 hours of your purchasing, from then which it will be prepared for shipment.
Split/Delayed Shipments
We may fulfill the items in your order at different times and with different vendors, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. You have the ability to e-mail us for information on each shipment. We will list which items have been shipped and have not been shipped, and upon request may provide you with tracking information.
Heavy or Oversize Items
Some heavy or large items, identified as "oversize," have a special shipping cost. You can find your actual shipping cost during checkout. |
